We can be self-aware in a variety of ways. We can have knowledge about ourselves, we can reflect on ourself, or we can see ourselves as others see us. The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either.

The problem is that we can be self-aware for so long that we forget we can be self-aware. We can be aware of how we’re acting all the time. We can be aware of how we’re feeling all the time. We can be aware of our own actions all the time. We can be aware that we’re acting in ways that others don’t like, and that we might not like ourselves.

The fact is, we are always acting. Whether we realize it or not, we are always acting. From the first time we learn to read and write to the time we go to high school we are always acting. We are always acting at all times, and we can be aware of that. We have a choice though. We can decide that we are not actually doing anything, and become a person who is self-aware in a way that others are not.

There are two things we can do to help ourselves become more self-aware. The first is to realize we are sometimes doing things that we don’t like. We can stop acting in ways that will get us into trouble. If we do this, we can then stop acting in ways that we might not like. We can then stop acting in ways that will get us into trouble. The second thing is to change the way we act. We can choose to act differently.

So let’s say you don’t like your friends. You act different. Maybe you avoid them. Maybe you cut them all off because they are irritating. Maybe you try and ignore them and pretend that they don’t exist. Maybe you even go out of your way to avoid them. You get a lot of the ways to avoid your friends in this post.

We’ve all done these things in our life. We’ve all tried to change the way we’re viewed by others in order to improve our own self-image. We’ve all done these things in our childhood and adolescence. And in fact, research suggests that these attitudes and behaviors are all a reflection of how we’ve acted in our life. It’s a bit like trying to figure out how to get the best possible grades in school.

I don’t think we should be so quick to dismiss these experiences as “just as a phase” because weve all been through them. All of us have been through them at some point in our life. We all have had our share of bad days. And we all have had our share of good days. There is no such thing as “bad or good” in any circumstance.

I think the way to get to the best possible grades is to actually try to get them. I actually think we should try to get as much knowledge out of what we do in our lives as possible. If we get enough information out of it, we can make better decisions.
