The way I got the Chihuahua was by making a series of little lock-pickings. The lock-pickings are also meant to be quick, so you don’t have to spend much time getting the lock. Instead, you just pick the lock, and then you have a little time to get the Chihuahua through the door. The only other thing you have to do is open it up.
We have not been working with our Chihuahua yet and so I am not sure how realistic this is, but the idea is that you can train her to open doors to your house, and then you can leave her there. The idea is that you can use the same method for other doors in your house.
