I don’t know about you, but I’m the fattest animal of all time. I’ve been known to eat meat all of my life and to have a body mass index of at least 40. At some point I was probably too fat, but no matter what, I always lost weight somehow. I just haven’t found a way to stick to it.
Well, you can’t really be too fat, but that doesn’t mean you can’t lose weight. When you’re not eating enough, your body breaks down your muscle mass and builds fat. But when you’re eating too much, your body breaks down the muscle and stores fat. The problem is that many people who gain weight can gain it back, too, even if they’re eating less.
This is where the “fattest animal” myth comes from. The idea is that if you gain weight and then lose it, it can be because you gained fat. In fact, that is 100% true. There is nothing wrong with gaining weight, but once you do, you can’t gain it back. It just isn’t the same. So the myth is that you need to be losing weight to get the best results.
But what causes the body to break down the muscle (and stores the fat) and then store it again? Well the answer is that the muscles that have been used to store fat are the ones that are most likely to break down in the first place. In fact, not only are they most likely to break down, but they are the ones that are most likely to come back up after you lose the fat.
So if you can get your body to break down your muscles, then you can get your fat back and have a surplus of muscle to use again.
While not quite as dramatic as a human breaking down into a bunch of fat, this is still a very interesting phenomenon. For instance, a dog has no way of telling whether it’s being fat, or just being over-caffeinated, or just being a lazy bitch. So the fact that it’s breaking down muscles and making them look like a bunch of fat is really interesting.
It’s not just the fat we’re talking about though. The fact that you can lose muscle but still have the muscle you used to have is really interesting. Like, you could get a really sexy body but still lose weight. I remember a few years ago watching the movie, “The Lost Weekend” and thinking, “Why is this guy on steroids? Why is he eating like this?” This is like the opposite of that.
The fact that this animal is doing this to itself is just as interesting, and it’s possible it wants to shed some of its fat and muscle. I know I’m a bit of a lazy bitch, but I also work out and would like to lose weight. One of my goals is to be able to lift a few hundred pounds without my muscles showing.
The reason most people who lose weight gain weight is because they don’t eat enough. This is why it’s important to eat right and exercise regularly. If you gain weight while keeping your calories low, it will increase your chances of becoming overweight. It’s also important to lose weight quickly, because this will also decrease your chances of gaining it.
As it turns out, the only way to really lose weight is to eat. And when you’re dieting, you have to eat everything you think you’re going to eat, because you’re not allowed to eat anything else. Eating just enough to get your body to a certain point of readiness before engaging in the next part of your plan is a good way to lose weight and keep it off.
