There are two ways that we make a decision about what we sleep on. One is a sleep diary, and the other is a journal. I’m going to tell you that some of the things you do to try and keep your sleep journal are actually the most important decisions you make.

When we sleep, we make a decision about what we need to sleep on. One of the best ways to do this is to make a decision about what you would like to wake up in the morning. If it’s a dream, you don’t really want to wake up this morning. If it’s a dream and you wake up in your bed, you can usually get out of bed and go back to sleep.

So if you want to keep a journal all night long, you need to be able to write down your dreams. I’m all about recording my dreams. I love to do this because I can look back and see all the details. I can compare notes with others in my group. I can compare notes with my family members. I can compare notes with teachers. I can compare notes with friends. If I can think of anything I want to write down, I can do that.

The problem comes in when you try to remember specific details of your dreams. You may be able to remember the details you dream about, but you may not remember the details you were dreaming about.

The dream is the least of it. I’ve been dreaming about the time before and still dreaming about it. But I’ve been dreaming about the dream, the dream is the most of it.
