I have two cats. The first one, Kitty, was a gift from my father-in-law when I was about 2 years old. My parents were on vacation and I was with him and my mom in the backseat, as we were driving on the highway. After the car crossed a bridge and we started falling down a steep hill, he took Kitty from me, lifted me up over his shoulder, and started walking back to his car.
Kitty was so big that she scared my dad, and I remember my mother asking him what Kitty was trying to do, but he didn’t know. I think he still has that image of Kitty in his head. It was such a big cat that I had to take her to the vet’s because she had to have a CAT scan and X-rays. She was just a big, big cat.
While the cat may be big, Kitty is way bigger than I am. I mean, she is the size of my head. Even back in the day, I was only about the size of a kitten.
